When hiring people to work in any type of business, skills are to consider, but skills can be learned. Anne believes that knowing a person's values and vision in his personal and professional life will establish your compatibility to function as a single organism thriving to make the same impact in the community and business. 

It's also important to track where you're spending your time so you know what tasks to delegate and who to assign them to. For example, if you're spending too much time on social media marketing, find a social media virtual assistant who meets your demands.

Difference Between Hiring An Independent Contractor And Agency

Employers and employees both have personal lives as individuals, and both can be affected by emergencies.
