I was joined this week by the wonderful Stu from S25 Coaching. Stu kindly shared his own personal experience with his relationship with food and how this lead him to want to help others. This podcast touches on a few topics which fall under the umbrella of Relationship with food. Many of the habits we discuss are very common, we often find ourselves doing them or using them as tools, often, without awareness. I hope you enjoy this episode and hopefuly it gives you some insight into how being mindful around food and identifying habits might be a useful tool for you to use.
It is important to mention that if you feel that you may be suffering with an eating disorder, or you are unable to control your behaviour around food, it is important that you speak with your GP or medical team.
