Vanessa openly shares about her young adulthood and how her intuition led her to leave Toronto to pursue her MBA in France. She talks about the benefits of launching her PR career in Europe and why she listened to her intuition and returned to Canada a decade later as she continued to rise in her career. Contemplating the question, “What would I do if I were brave?”, Vanessa eventually took some even bigger risks that ultimately led her to launch an inspiring product, a new career, meet the love of her life, and embrace a completely new chapter of life in a new city. 

We talk about big transitions in life, the process of letting go, and how love can surprise you when you least expect it. We dive into how we navigate loneliness and loss while embracing the evolution of our inner knowing. We also explore intention setting as a practice and the healing powers of nature and being of service to others.

Vanessa’s corporate career in strategic business communications spans over 20 years having held senior leadership positions at several Public Relations agencies globally where she led creative campaigns for some of the world’s largest brands including Amazon, Facebook, France Telecom, Ford Motors, Microsoft, and Nespresso among many others. Vanessa now supports business owners to get clear on their business priorities and create communications systems to execute their vision in a measurable and effective way. As a certified trauma-informed Master Life Coach, Project Manager, and Master of Business Communications, Vanessa has helped hundreds of leaders, coaches and entrepreneurs to build transformative practices in their businesses and their personal lives.
