Alice Rose is a mindset mentor for anyone longing for a baby. After going through many rounds of fertility treatment to have her two IVF children, she knows how isolating the experience can be but also how to find a new perspective, even while going through the pain and grief of failed rounds and negative tests. Alice's mission is to support and empower people at any stage of their journey and whatever happens in it, through her memberships; one to one coaching, online courses and meditations. She also works on changing the social narrative around fertility by sharing stories on her podcast, writing for publications like Red magazine and Harpers Bazaar as well as getting commissioned to create a week of fertility content for the UK's biggest radio station Radio 2, working both as producer and as their fertility communications consultant to offer insight and advice and encourage better media representation. She is also a big fan of a kitchen disco and a good cup of coffee!
