In October 2022, 25-year-old Rasheem Carter, who is black, disappeared in a small Mississippi town. In the days leading up to his disappearance, Rasheem told his mother and the local police about problems he was having, including threats from white men in trucks. A month after he disappeared, the first set of his remains were found. Rasheem Carter deserves justice.
