I'm actually freaking out a tad because we are leaving for our annual beach vacay in the OBX tomorrow & I haven't packed a thing....
BUT...that was because ya girl got priorities! & the main one today was ensuring I jumped on the podcast to send you a message of hope & support.
Plus, who am I kidding? I work better under pressure! LOL

Sis, the truth is...if you aren't okay asking for help with your secret struggle of food controlling your life...then your why isn't big enough & you aren't committed enough.
(SIGH...I said it!)
It's not enough to hope for a happy & a healthy future....it requires uncomfortable action every.single.day.
Get in the habit of asking, "Is what I'm doing right now in support of the life I'm trying to create?"
& then go out & do the next right thing.
