Erin is the proprietor of Choco Leʻa, a local chocolate confectionery. We have a real and honest conversation about her business in the COVID era, which needed to shift from a tourism-reliant business to local consumption. She's upfront about their challenges but is definitely up to the task of overcoming them! She also keeps a blog that's been chronicling her experience as a mother and business owner since Honolulu's March shutdown.
