I used to think exercise was all about punishment - burning off food, fixing flaws, or “earning” my worth. But over time, I’ve discovered a completely different way to move: exercise as worship. In this episode, I share what it looks like to reframe movement from shame to gratitude, from self-loathing to stewardship, and from punishment to presence. We explore how God calls us to honour the very good bodies He’s given us, how even simple acts of movement can become moments to meet Him, and why health conditions or limitations don’t disqualify us from celebrating our bodies. I also share practical ways to bring worship into your daily movement, whether it’s a walk, a stretch, or lifting weights - so that exercise becomes a space to feel God’s strength, presence, and love.
