We join Cinder and Thorne as they brave the sewer tunnels under New Beijing as they escape. After some time sloshing in the sewers and wandering the streets, they finally find Thorne's ship, but finding it and using it will prove to be two very different things. 

Thorne and Cinder will face multiple unexpected obstacles as they attempt to leave in the 'Captain's' ship, all in the pursuit of Freedom.
