Often the scales can be detrimental to your progress & for some removing them completely is a great tool to take back control. You do not need the scales to progress with a fat loss goal. Donna & I discuss other options for tracking progress, how to approach the scales with realistic expectations & options you have for moving forward with the scales in a different way.
