I am joined by Beth @move.me.happy to discuss how little daily habits over time add up to you achieving your goals & being able to maintain them. It can be difficult to accept that sometimes our goals will take us longer than we think, but, I live by the mantra that the time will pass regardless. You can stay stuck, or spend the time working on yourself. If you give up, time does not stop. Breaking down the steps, being kinder to yourself & getting comfortable with the process will help to set you up for long term success.
