Peonies these days are grown in many different places, one of those places being Chile.  This week we sit down with Mia (María Inés) Engler, co-owner of Patagonia Sun peony farms in Chile!  Mia's peony farm, Pilauco had a good reputation in Chile among the peony world, for achieving good prices. Bernardita Montes, daughter of Aurelio Montes of the world-renowned Montes Wines, came together with Pilauco to form a new joint company called Patagonia Sun.  Which grows over 60 varieties of peonies over several farms throughout the length of the south Chile.  We loved Mia's honesty and cantor, and we know you will too!
