In this episode of Wildly Her, I open my heart and share pieces of my own grief and the losses I had to face. Grief after psychological and emotional abuse is often invisible, and yet it runs deep. We can grieve the time we lost, the version of ourselves we couldn’t be, and the love or safety that never came.
Together, we’ll talk about how grief is not a sign of weakness but a natural part of healing. Every survivor’s grief looks different because every story carries its own weight. My hope is that by naming the layers of loss, you’ll feel less alone in your own process and find a way to honor it in your way, at your pace.
TRIGGER WARNING: ABUSE AND TRAUMA
