A student of Yoga for over 30 years and a teacher for over 25 years, Lauren Hanna studied the ancient systems of Yoga and Ayurveda with many of the greatest living masters. In 2001 she founded Sonic Yoga, a thriving Yoga studio and teacher training center in New York City. She is also the founder of Sacred Fertility Yoga, which is a union of Lauren's academic, spiritual and personal experiences. After having her first baby naturally at the age of 46, Lauren considers Sacred Fertility Yoga to be the teaching she's been preparing her whole life to offer to women who desire to unlock their fertility.

An avid surfer, organic gardener, and sunset lover, Lauren lives in the seaside village of Montauk, Long Island with her life partner, Michael, her daughter, Jaya and her rescue dog Shakti.
