My guest today is Lauren Rose - the person who unknowingly inspired me to launch this very podcast.
Lauren is an author, a meditation teacher, and mother of two from Melbourne who is on a mission to help others lean into difficult and scary emotions rather than attempting to fight and conquer them.
Having experienced many years of agoraphobia, anxiety and panic, Lauren bravely and vulnerably shares her story of hope for those who may be feeling lost, afraid and alone in the throw's of their own mental health challenges.
As Lauren says, anxiety is less of an enemy to fight and more of a rich shade in the tapestry of this human experience.
