In today’s message, we walk through one of the hardest questions Christians face with Scripture, honesty, and real hope: Why does a good God allow evil, suffering, and tragedy?
The journey begins with the powerful true story of Horatio Spafford, a man who lost nearly everything and still wrote the hymn It Is Well with My Soul. From there, we turn to Genesis, the fall, and the spiritual realities behind evil. We explore the freedom God gives His creation, the consequences of rebellion, and the redemptive promise that runs through the entire Bible.
Josh reminds us that God is not distant or indifferent. He enters our pain, works through it, and ultimately promises to end evil forever.
This message will encourage you, challenge your assumptions, and help you anchor your faith in the God who will wipe every tear from our eyes as we try to understand "Why Does God Allow Evil"

We are a Bible-Based, Jesus Only small community church located in rural South-East Minnesota. Our building was originally constructed in 1861 and is the oldest protestant church building in continuous use in our county.
Many people have come and gone throughout the generations, but our goal will always remain: To Serve Jesus only, and learn from His Living Word, the Scriptures.
Our small church body are all admittedly sinners, that openly strive to improve our walk daily, but also understand that we are Redeemed by the shed blood of Christ Jesus and declared innocent in God’s eyes due to Grace Alone!
There is no act of baptism, charity or observation of communion that deems us worthy. No amount of following the law of Moses, or the ever-popular observation of legalism in many churches today that will save us. That is us believing in ourselves, rather than what Christ did for us completely.
If you struggle with understanding the concept of salvation or are plagued by false teachings of following traditions rather than Christ alone, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. We would love to help!
Please watch our archive of messages on a variety of topics. Please like and share our content with others that can benefit from what God has inspired our array of speakers to bring to the body.
Most importantly, be sure you are secure in your relationship with God and Christ Jesus. It is so simple. Do not wait. Tomorrow may be too late…
