On October 2, 2007 a search warrant was executed on Robert Pape's house. The search was a final attempt by Detective LeClair to find evidence worthy of filing charges. The only thing useful found in the search were two guns. A WWII era bolt action rifle, and a 12 gauge shotgun. LeClair takes Robert into custody, and spends a marathon day interrogating him. This is part 1 of that interrogation.

Damien Echols' fight to test the DNA in his case made it all the way to the Arkansas Supreme Court, where this week The Court reversed the lower court's decision to not allow testing. Legal precedent has now been set, and from the Defense Diaries, Bob and Alison Motta join Bob to break it all down.

Bob is joined by Mr. Alex Campbell. Alex is a High School Sociology Teacher in Tennessee, who challenged his class to solve a 30 year old cold case. The results were absolutely incredible. His students developed a profile of the killer, and drew attention to the case, which was an integral part in solving the case known as "The Red Head Murders". Alex and his class were featured on the podcast "Murder 101". The story is fascinating. Just as fascinating is hearing Alex explain his philosophy on teaching today's youth.
