Luke and Alex discuss the importance of exercise when trying to work efficiently. Alex reflects on his use of running and strength training whilst working as a way to clear his mind from distractions and regain focus on the task at hand. Luke discusses his approach over the last three years from being out of shape to running a sub 90 minute half-marathon and 30 10k runs in a month. Exercise can be a great relief from anxiety too as both Alex and Luke have experienced.
