Leadership question of the day, how do you. Motivate team members, individuals, let's think. I think a key part of motivating team members and not all the crap, like, yeah, getting more money, getting more stuff. It gives them a possibility to develop. Very simple, help them to grow, help them to develop inside of the organization as a person, individual, and so on.
Then recognize them for their development. Hey, great job done. Very simple. Help them to understand that you see that they're developing, you see that they're on a journey? That's it for today. See you tomorrow in the next leadership question of the day.
