After leading and documenting a dramatic turnaround at Sunnyside High School, co-authors Chuck Salina and Suzann Girtz turned their discoveries into a transformative system of thinking and behaviors that make school improvement possible not only more quickly than conventional thinking, but also under virtually any circumstances (including a global pandemic!).  Those discoveries are outlined in two books available now on Amazon.com entitled, "Powerless to Powerful: Leadership for School Change" and "Transforming Schools through Systems Change."
