How do you manage change as a leader? Hmm. Change is something that we need to do on a daily basis. In these times, and I think it's not going to go backwards where you can just lay down and have 

fun.

So managing change, 

I think a key part of that is obviously the listening part 

as I explained in lot of other videos already, 

but as well, the managing the stakeholders. 

How do you engage the right people at the right moment. 

And then 

understand their needs and desires 

and see how you can work together with them towards the direction that is chosen, either by the company or by you.
