This is the first SEX episode for the podcast. This has been a long time coming.... I am coming out! I am a long time sexuality advocate and have worked with my clients on sexual freedom  and healing! I am now bringing part of me FULLY OUT! 

In this episode we discuss aspects of wounded sex, sexual traumas and how to know where you are having sex from- a wound or your power. 

This is a quick episode and there is talk of rape, sexual abuse, etc. You have been "warned" - allow yourself to listen.
