We sit down again this week with the illustrious leader of the new school hooligans over at the newly minted and finally reinstated 10th Planet Gulf Shores, head instructor and freshly earned black belt, Josh Yelverton, 1/6th of the Sean Applegate Sinister 6ix, congrats to him and his team and joining him is one of his students and hardest motherfuckers in the area, born to scrap and appearing since birth with a beard, the newly crowned B2 Lightweight Champion, Heath Herndon, we sit down and talk about both of their new belts and their growth over the last few years, happy to have had them in studio!
