There’s a tendency as entrepreneurs to isolate ourselves when we’re working or even when we’re considering how to expand our business. It’s hard to talk about business ups and downs with our non-business friends and family who mean well but might not understand what we’re going through. To be among others sharing our experiences who might also become valued business relationships would be an invaluable opportunity, and that’s what my friend Kyle Depiesse and I are talking about on this episode of Thinking OTB.

 

Kyle heads up Guys Trip, which specializes in taking guys out of their comfort zone and put them into situations where they can grow professionally, personally, and spiritually. Connecting guys in an accepting environment, maybe at different points in their careers and lives, but similarly at a place in their lives where connection with other people as motivated to better their lives professionally and personally, it is truly a fantastic event. We have a great conversation about what the experience is like, and what it can do for people to build relationships that can last well beyond the trip, it can really be a life changing experience.
