In this Episode I interview Katie Kershner, she is an RN, Wellness Coach and owner of Scrub with Purpose. Her goal is to help busy, drained, and stressed-out women become the best healthy version of themselves. Katie and I share a deep belief in the impact of Gratitude and how powerful it is as a tool, ESPECIALLY as a mother with kids and we wanted to dive into it in a real way and share our stories.
In this Episode Katie opens up and shares her story of how Gratitude was the antidote to anxiety during a really intense time in her motherhood journey and how she continues to use it in her life, and how she supports her clients in her wellness business to slow down and do the same.
Obviously, we had a lot to talk about (I can talk Gratitude and Motherhood all day every day!) and I truly enjoyed the time of just having real conversations about how truly important it is to talk care of yourself as a mother and to put ourselves at the top of our to do list. If you are a mother in a chapter who feels overwhelmed, lost, stressed, or like you are becoming a shell of yourself this episode it for you. We have both been there and truly feel like there are simple tools that are overlooked to support you on your motherhood journey. They may not solve it all, but it could be the gateway that you need to move in a new direction.
