This is what God said would happen in the 8th chapter of Amos. Instead of a famine of bread or a famine of thirst for water; God said a famine of hearing the words of the Lord would come. With everyone being told they can make up their own truth these days, and with sound doctrine being thrown out the window; it appears a famine of hearing the words of the Lord is upon us.
