Rebelling against God is a tale as old as time (literally!), and in today’s episode we cover yet another instance of such action. Here, the disobedience comes when Moses fails to follow God’s direct orders in providing nourishment for the nation of Israel. Nearly 40 years into their wandering in the desert, God’s people have grown restless and thirsty. In a (rare) moment of weakness, Moses loses patience and disobeys the Lord, and then is left to face the consequences.
