When you focus on being a person of value and building relationships, you tend to be a person of trust. And when people have that trust in you, they are more likely to do business with you. 

This may not be the scenario every time. But it has worked wonders for me and the feeling is GREAT!!!

Remember that when people come to you, they had other choices. So don't give them a reason to go somewhere else.

Build that relationship

Nurture that relationship

Become a person of trust.
