Tatum Henderson was an average college student who hated doing things that made her uncomfortable, such as interviewing and team projects.  Now she is a successful Clarion University graduate with a career in social services and very active in her community.  Listen in as Tatum talks about her experiences and how stepping outside of her comfort zone helped her to develop the career-ready skills she never realized she had until she met that first employer!
