Before there were churches or creeds, before temples rose on the hills of Athens or Rome, before paper carried the names of gods, there were stories—carried by wind and flame, carved into memory, sung into being.

These stories are the earliest mirrors we ever held up to the mystery of existence. They were how we said, “Something vast is here—and we are inside it.”

Today, we return to those stories: to Zeus and Hera, Odin and Freyja, Aphrodite and Apollo.

We return not to worship them, but to remember what they knew—that the divine has always spoken in many tongues, and the human soul, in all its longing and contradiction, has always been a myth in motion.
