In this final episode on God's Refining Fire, we will look at New Testament passages on how God will use His fire. You will notice the theme is consistent with all of the previous episodes. God is a compassionate God that calls us to repentance. But if we don't come to repentance under God's terms, then His fire will consume. This includes those who reject God as well as those who confessed Jesus, believed, were sanctified by the Holy Spirit; but yet if you do not meet God's terms, then He will consume and destroy with Fire, just as He did with Israel. God doesn't change.
Passages Covered: Mathew 3:8-12, 5:27-30, 7:13-23, 11:20-24, 13:36-50, 18:7-9, 22:1-14; Luke 3:9-17, 12:49-53, 13:1-9, 23-28, John 15:1-14; Romans 11:15-24; 1 Peter 1:6-9; 1 Corinthians 3:6-20; 2 Thessalonians 1:3-12; Hebrews ch3, ch4, 5:8-9, 6:1-8, 10:22-39; James 1:26, 3:2-6; Revelation 3:17-22, 19:7-9, 22:11-12.
