Erin’s passion for helping others understand emotions began at a young age and continued to flourish throughout college. A graduate of Bowling Green State University, Erin majored in psychology and minored in communications, with a strong emphasis on research on eating disorders & body image. After completing her master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at West Chester University, Erin has spent her career treating clients in a variety of settings, including residential, PHP, IOP, and outpatient settings for both adolescents and adults. Erin is trained in relational trauma repair (RTR), and attachment-based family therapy (ABFT, level 2), and is a certified therapist & consultant-in-training in eye movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR). Erin utilizes EMDR as her primary therapy modality, treating individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relational issues, PTSD, interpersonal trauma, and attachment issues. On a case-by-case basis, Erin utilizes AAT with her border collie/poodle mix, Max.
