One thing that we have no control over is the decision to be born. Okay here is another thing we don't get to decide if we will resemble our mother or father. But we do get to decide to live a sober life. 

My decision took 15 years to make and I don't regret it but I'm sorry it took so long. 

Today, I get to help you decide not to wait as long as I did by showing you the good, bad and the ugly parts of my journey. 

You get the advantage of seeing me live my truth and on purpose while sober. And that's something I would NEVER regret. 

You too can make the decision to choose sobriety and live a life of purpose but the decision will have to be yours.
