      i)  Special Ops, Sacred Games and The Family Man were the life-jacket thrown to the capsizing/sinking Indian TV shows as a whole, specifically in the law enforcement and spy-thriller genre.

    ii) What do 24, Homeland, Covert Affairs, Nikita, Get Smart,Blacklist and others have in common- they are legends  as far as spy-thriller and law enforcement genre is concerned outside India; while we try to feign happiness on watching bizarrely scripted TV Shows like CID and Crime Patrol.
