I know I'm not alone in saying that I've been going through so much these past few months. The energy has felt intense and dense and it's been a lot to navigate. On November 30, 2022, I lost my beloved dog, Payton. It's been a rollercoaster of grief and I've been processing so much. Then on January 18, 2023, I had a procedure to remove an IUD. Another immense release. It's been a "divine life assignment" in trusting, surrendering and walking my own talk in taking the necessary steps to staying aligned AF through it all.
