Today's interview is with Katie Bynum, vice president of Fearless Women, which is a faith based ministry in the St. Louis area helping women to break free from the bounds of anxiety and depression. Katie got married young and moved away from family as her husband pursued his Doctorate. When the decided to start their family, they still were not close to home. Katie describes her journey with her first two children as each time, she had moved to a new area and had to start all over building a support system. Although it was hard, she took the initiative to join mom groups, made getting out and walking a propriety, and developed a tribe to support her when she needed it most. Katie also tells us about the journey to adopt their daughter and how that transition had some of its own struggles, but God's faithfulness never failed and they are blessed with all He has brought their family.

Katie has always had a passion for teaching and God has grown and shifter her to this position with Fearless Women.
