Katie Hargreaves is an exceptional artist that typically focuses on wildlife as her subject of choice. She is a highly intelligent individual that has chosen to be Vegan. So it would surprise you that last December she went hunting for Chinese water deer, and she actually pulled the trigger herself. Why? Why did a Vegan decide she was okay taking the life of an animal? Isn't that totally contrary to what a Vegan believes? The answer is no in Katie's mind.
