In addition to his real estate endeavors, Casey runs Urlaub Properties, a property management company that takes care of short-term rental units for property owners who don't have the time to be full-time hosts. This allows property owners to enjoy the benefits of short-term rentals without the hands-on work.

Casey's dedication and expertise have led to impressive results in a short span of time. His companies have purchased $3 million in real estate in less than a year, manage multiple units in over six different locations, and have assisted numerous investors in getting closer to financial freedom.

Casey's passion for creating memorable experiences began during his youth when he served a two-year mission in Northern Germany for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. This experience ignited his love for learning about different cultures, languages, and the art of creating enjoyable experiences away from home.

Casey currently resides in Southern California with his lovely wife Shayla, two young boys, Mckay and Liam, and their two dogs. In his spare time, he indulges in hobbies like dirt bike riding, fishing, and traveling. He also finds joy in spending quality time with family and nurturing his entrepreneurial spirit.
