1. Create either a quote tile (wordswag), professional photo or "naked native" post

2. Include a title, 6-8 lines of content and a call to action

3. The 6-8 lines of content should be you humanizing yourself, giving 3 tangible tips or takeaways and asking what your audience resonated most with at the end
