Welcome to the Farm to Body Wellness Podcast.
In this episode I dive into the world of sustainability. When most people think of sustainability they immediately go to the environment and the potential catastrophe that we are currently projected to end up in the upcoming decades. Many people look at the macro changes that need to take place in order to fix all of the world's environmental problems, but there are many changes we can make on an individual and micro level.
Throughout my life, I have spent a lot of time in and around different organizations that are all related to the larger concept of sustainability. I love recycling, but before we recycle, we should learn to first reduce and then reuse. Recently I reused some of my containers that had food in them for gardening. This is a perfect example of a step to take before recycling. Listen to this episode and learn about my journey and some ideas you can take on yourself.
Sit back, take a deep breath, and Let's Dig In.
