In this episode, my friend, Eugenia Maldonado, and I discuss emotions and how being aware of every emotion that comes with life is key to being present. We also discuss toxic positivity, how our egos follow us on our spiritual paths, and the equality of every single person in the world, including Trump. Eugenia is currently a student at the University of Illinois. We met in high school and have been friends since, however, our spiritual journeys have brought us closer together.
