This week ended up being another special request… partially a recommendation by my wife and then a friend (and member of the community) had a question that aligned with the topic. There seems to be a lot of confusion around our food these days and what is “healthy” and what is not. “Highly even Ultra Processed Foods” are not necessarily bad for us, but it is relative to what the item is and the macros and other ingredients inside of it.
This week we are talking about the macronutrient “protein.” The building block of the human body and generally speaking the most under consumed macronutrient in the human diet. Certain levels are not necessarily needed especially for the average human, but jump into this episode and take a listen at some information that might give you a new perspective on protein.
