It's 2am and the next door neighbors in apt 1425 have been harassing me ever since I moved in.
Even before the guy on my left moved in.
SLEEP DEPRIVATION....is a KNOWN military tactic that is used on foreign enemies.
She is also ex-military. This has been a tactic of hers against me for many years now.
I have been complaining about her for that long also.
Gang stalking is not only wrong it's very very dangerous.
