House Democrats have selected their caucus leader and Republicans will select theirs in January. One thing that is looking for certain for the 118th Congress is that the House will be a more decentralized place over the next two years as there is strong interest on both sides of the aisle in taking some power away from the Speaker and delegating it back to the Committees.
