Here are the recipes!

Milkshake: - serves 3-4 people

2 cups Ice, 1 cup strawberries or raspberries (optional), 1/2 choco chips or coco powder (optional), 1 tablespoon vanilla extract (optional), 1 cup yogurt,  1/3 cup maple syrup (or less), 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

Caramel

1 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream, 1 tablespoon vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Berry Bliss Smoothie

1/2 cup raspberries, 1/2 cup blueberries, 2 tablespoons maple syrup (or to taste), 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 tablespoon cinnamon, 1 1/2 cups almond milk.

Extra Small Raspberry Oat Bar

1/2 cup organic sunflower oil (or oil of choice), 3/4 cup rolled oats, 1/4 cup flour, 4 teaspoons of raspberry jam, 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder, pinch of salt, 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder, 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice.
