  • AI company Anthropic has released a custom chatbot for classified spy work and is also being sued by Reddit for allegedly using posts to train its Claude model without authorization.
  • In the wider AI industry, Meta is reportedly in talks to invest $10 billion in the startup Scale AI, while Elon Musk is prohibiting competing companies from training their models on content from X. The technology is also said to be taking over junior-level jobs in the high-tech sector.
  • In Israeli tech news, emergency systems developer Carbyne raised $100 million in a round led by AT&T, and security firm Cellebrite acquired an American company. Conversely, the company 6over6 is shutting down six years after its exit.
  • Microsoft has unveiled its first portable Xbox console, and the head of Tesla's humanoid robot program has resigned from his position.
