I was at the airport in Dublin waiting for my delayed plane back to the Czech Republic when I decided to have two pints of Guinness. Thanks to this amazing dark beer I ended up meeting Radek a Polish Irishman who was about to start his tour of several European cities, his first destination being Prague.
