WE talk with LA born, but now based out of LV artist Rise Carter. This interview had such great energy. She talks about her first inspiration which is her Father. She also delves into the topic matter of her music and some of her other inspirations.  she isn't one singer, but a rapper musician, writer and producer. This interview was good one.
