I’m thankful my friend Rosie Battista was open to sharing ways she’s grown and improved. I’m surrounded by an amazing community that is willing to share their journeys and bumps in the road. It’s crazy to think I didn’t know Rosie before last May. As an “internet friend” it’s a special connect that we actually met in person BEFORE we knew who each other were online.

I love that she can pinpoint exactly when she felt herself grow and change. Hearing when that happens to others gives me goosebumps.

It’s awesome to hear the cool insights she can share with us because she’s further along on her journey than I am. I love hearing from others that have already gone through different life events I haven’t hit yet and seeing how they overcame or dealt with it.

I knew she’d decided to enter a body building contest at 50, but I didn’t know the path that took her to that decision. She was at a big low and this became a catalyst to her making changes. Which started the awareness of choices she had the ability to make.

Revelations late in her 40’s, amazing growth in her 50’s, changing business direction, all because she has given herself permission to change and try new things.
