When you think of the holidays you're supposed to think of FUN, excitement, wonder…Sugar Plum Fairies dancing in your head but for some the holidays can be triggering- expectations not met, unresolved family issues, and even though we know the true meaning of Christmas sometimes these triggers overwhelm us! This episode we are going to dive into holiday expectations, letting go of some of the negative emotions/thinking that we might be feeling and giving ourselves the gift of grace. I'm going to offer some ideas to help get you through the holidays. I'm also going to share a very personal story that happened to my family last Christmas and how I'm working very hard to create new memories for this Christmas.
